National Waterjet Propulsion System TWJ525
The waterjet propulsion system is used across a wide range of powers and applications in vessels. Its operation is similar to an axial-flow pump: the fluid (water) is drawn in through an inlet beneath the vessel and expelled at high speed from the stern. The change in the water’s momentum generates the thrust force.
